I found this pair at an outlet store for almost 90% off, but it was still sitting there simply because it had no original box and a few minor stains.
It made me think about the growing waste within return footwear product culture: when a shoe loses its commercial value, does it also lose its potential?
This project explores how an overlooked product can be transformed, reimagined, and given a second life.

Collected vintage fabrics were combined through Sashiko style patchwork, then carefully finished with hand stitching.
